The software we recommend is Adobe Acrobat which comes bundled with some of the Fujitsu products and creates a PDF file so you can use the web, e-mail, or fax and the recipient can use Adobe Reader to review files. It features true, optical resolutions of 600 dpi, enabling users to produce high-quality color, grayscale and monochrome scans in a single pass. It also features a 50-page automatic document feeder (ADF) that accommodates paper sizes ranging from 2.1 in. x 2.9 in. to 8.5 in. x 14 in. and long documents. Yet, at just 9.0 in. x 11.9 in. x 22.4 in. it fits easily into crowded desktops.

The Fujitsu fi-4220C workgroup scanner, with duplex color scanning, includes Adobe® Acrobat®, QuickScan and ScandAll 21 software, so users have the option of scanning directly to PDF, file and print, as well as batch scanning. Standard SCSI-2 and USB 1.1 interfaces allow effortless connectivity.
